The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble. And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, Lord, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.
Psalm 9:9&10
The hurricane left a lot of people without hope. If you have been moved by the situation in the south, act on it. Now is a time for giving. Materials and prayers. Both are needed.

So, I know this is off-topic, but since I didn't see the other blog until today, I had to reply to this one. Bobbie and I have officially arrived in England. What's more, I've discovered that I don't speak English, but rather a weird language known as "American" (weird note - I just discovered something else weird about Brits - the quotation mark is achieved by hitting shift and the number 2 key, not the apostrophe key - why is this??). Anyway, instead of saying "exit" their signs say "way out," instead of "yard sales" they have "boot sales", etc...
Actually, it is nice here, and we have finally rested up from the exhausting journey. We'll keep in touch, and y'all (everyone here laughs when Bobbie says "y'all") keep praying. Cheerio.
It's so good to hear form Bobbie and Jessie. And Rach, the post was excellent - I'm right there with you
Wahoo, Bobbie and Jesse are safely in England. Watch out for those car parks and turn abouts. Keep in touch and don't eat haggas.
Love yall
