I'm so excited. We just got the rugs John sent back from Iraq. They make the house look finished. It was hard to get sizes and colors that would work in the house but John's interpreter took on the task and got us what we needed. Now I go in the house and just stand and stare. I'm pretty sure the house is done. Well, except John's army stuff we have to go through in the yellow room and maybe moving more furniture in the green bed room. And more pictures to hang up. Nevermind. John, I need your help.

All I can say is that it's a miracle that everything turned out as good as it did. My terp took 6 months and 2 sets of written instructions on the colors and sizes to get; and it is still only about 50% right, but it still looks good.
(NOTE: the "rags" comments refers to how my terp spells "rugs")
They DO look good (I haven't had a chance to break in over there and see for myself...)
